Joséphine Ambroselli

Having won her first prize in Austria at the age of fifteen, it is not surprising that Joséphine Ambroselli’s training is international: Leipzig, Brussels, Cologne and the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris, fine schools and outstanding teachers including Jean-Claude Vanden Eynden, Piotr Anderzewski, Anthony Spiri, Anne Le Bozec, Emmanuel Olivier, Maria Belooussova.

Joséphine shares the stage with many musicians and specialises in voice work. Her duet with soprano Marie Perbost has won numerous international prizes, including the First Prize of the Nadia and Lili Boulanger International Competition in 2015. Their first recording Une jeunesse à Paris was released in 2019 by Harmonia Mundi.

Joséphine Ambroselli also devotes part of her time to teaching: she is currently an accompanist and teacher at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Paris, at the Choeur de l’Orchestre de Paris, and at the Maîtrise Populaire de l’Opéra Comique.
