The Trio Nebelmeer<\/em>, composed of Arthur Decaris violinist, Alb\u00e9ric Boullenois cellist and Loann Fourmental pianist, was created in the spring of 2019 out of the desire of the three comrades to explore together the repertoire composed for piano trio.<\/p>\n

The three musicians, particularly inspired by the great Romantic scores reserved for their instrumental configuration, chose to name themselves after Caspar David Friedrich and his emblematic Traveler over the Sea of Clouds <\/em>(Der Wanderer \u00fcber dem Nebelmeer<\/em>), a leading figure of German Romanticism.<\/p>\n

They trained with the Trio Wanderer<\/em> and Claire D\u00e9sert and also had the opportunity, during their studies or at academies, to benefit from the teaching of the Modigliani and Diotima quartets, as well as Olivier Charlier, Emmanuel Strosser and Lise Berthaud. The Trio Nebelmeer<\/em> was quickly taken note of and invited to play in a variety of festivals, from La Roque d’Anth\u00e9ron<\/em> to La<\/em> Folle Journ\u00e9e<\/em> in the regions, including Les Pianissimes<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Following an appeal for projects from the DRAC Normandie<\/em> and with support from the Theatre and the Conservatory of Caen, the Trio Nebelmeer<\/em> has produced its first CD, which brings together two of the most illustrious French composers of the 19th century, Ernest Chausson and Camille Saint-Sa\u00ebns.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
