After training at the Conservatoire National Sup\u00e9rieur de Musique de Paris, he distinguished himself in the foremost international competitions \u2013 First Prize in the Gabriel Faur\u00e9 Competition, Second Prize in the Marguerite Long Competition, Most Distinguished Candidate at the Geneva Competition, First Prize in the Montreal Competition \u2013 before embarking on a splendid and highly individual career.<\/p>\n
With performances widely described as \u2018dazzling\u2019, \u2018masterly\u2019, and \u2018spellbinding\u2019, Jean- Claude Pennetier is one of today\u2019s leading interpreters.
